Technology Platform for MSP Contracts

There are some Hardware and Software requirements that You (our MSP client) need to have in place in order for Us to meet Our Service obligations. We will update this list from time to time as certain technologies age and other technologies are released and tested by us.

If You do not have all of these Minimum Standards in place before Your Agreement start date, we will work with you on a plan to bring your Network up to our Minimum Standards.

• Google Chrome
• Adobe Applications – Reader, Air, Shockwave
• Java Runtime Environment
• PDF Creator
• 7 Zip
• FileZilla
• Emsisoft Anti-Virus
• Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
• Mozilla Firefox

Valid licenses and paid/updated subscriptions are required except for open source software

• Computer Manufacturers: Lenovo, Dell, HP, Asus, Acer, Apple
• Networking Equipment: D-Link, TP-Link, Netgear, ISP-provided
• Printers: HP, Brother, Canon, Fujitsu, Epson
• Mobile Devices: Android and iOS
• Network Attached Storage: WD, Synology, QNAP, iOmega

Important: valid warranties are always processed and covered by the manufacturer

• Web hosting: AWS, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Bluehost, Azure, etc.
• E-mail services: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, IMAP/POP providers, webmail (Gmail, Rogers, Cogeco, Bell, etc.)
• Cloud backup: OneDrive, Dropbox, MSP360, Google Drive, etc.
