There is no need for you to drive around your equipment, we go to you when you need us.
If on-site is not possible or you need immediate assistance, we also provide remote services.
Our regular working hours are Monday-Friday, 9a-6p.
We can also book Saturday mornings on demand, and for business deployments and special projects we can book outside your working hours.
We are based in Oakville, Ontario and do service the following towns in the Greater Toronto Area – West: Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Burlington and Hamilton
For break/fix service calls, we have an hourly rate of $110/hour.
Business projects are quoted on flat fees and we also offer discounts in prepaid blocks of hours.
We are Windows and Mac experts, also know a bit of Linux.
In addition, we can help you with your mobile devices (tablets, phones, etc.), smart home devices, printers, etc.
Yes, and we love doing that! We are WordPress experts and can build nice and cost-effective websites.

Yes and No. If you are looking for new computers, we always check the market and let you know if buying from us is cheaper or more expensive.
We also have access to refurbished computers, which are an excellent and cost-effective alternative.
